About Dr. Ogletree

Dr. Janet Ogletree, therapeutic optometrist, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Baylor University and her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry.  Dr. Ogletree additionally furthered her education by successfully becoming an optometric glaucoma specialist.  This designation allows her to treat glaucoma and other eye diseases and to provide her patients with comprehensive eye care.

Dr. Ogletree practices primary care optometry and specializes in Contact Lenses, Laser Vision Care and Consultation, and the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ocular Diseases.  She is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.  She is also a past president and the current treasurer of the Northeast Texas Optometric Society.

She is an active member of the Flower Mound Rotary Club and currently serves as secretary and is also a member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Ogletree and her husband, Lance, have two children and currently reside in Lantana.
